North Star Supportive Services takes a person-centered approach and creates a customized care plan that provides high-quality care. We strive to ensure that our clients attain their fullest potential and get the highest level of functional skills to live in their home and in their community.
We offer services to our clients and are available to our client’s County Case Manager/s as well as the client’s guardian/conservator 24/7 and 365 days a year. Office Hours: By appointment. If you need help in an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
